Be Kind to Yourself

of all the practices, this is the one that is the most important. most of us sabotage ourselves, put ourselves down and are really hard on ourselves. we literally beat ourselves up. so to protect ourselves from ourselves we build walls and because we don’t know when or where we will hit ourselves, these walls go from the top of our head to the bottom of our feet and are up 24/7 to protect us from our own attack.

that limits the world we live in to a very small area. nothing in. nothing out. but, when we are kind to ourselves, those walls can come down. and the space we live in grows exponentially.
